This little girl is dressed in one of my many vintage doll dresses. It is probably quite old, as the fabric does not appear to be permanent press. It is made of cotton with a very small blue check. It buttons up the back and appears to be handmade. She wears a blue chiffon bow on her head and carries her Raggedy Ann dolly.

The bear is made out of a gold Schulte mohair. I have done extensive scissor and needle sculpting to her face and have added a minimal amount of color to bring out her features. She has hand blown glass eyes, to which I have added eyelids. I added a double eyelid on the bottom, which gives her a wonderful, expressive look. Her nose is hand embroidered with pearl cotton.

The bear is about 11" standing (which she does not do by herself) and 7-1/2" sitting. She is five way jointed with hard board disks, locks nuts and a cotter pin in her neck. She has a pouch of copper BB�s in her belly for some added weight. She has ultrasuede paw pads, which have been cathedral sculpted. I have also wired her arms so she has more pose-ability. As with most of my creations, she does not have a name. Since she is being adopted, it is up to her new mother or father to give her a name they deem appropriate.
