We offer layaway options for purchases with a minimum of $100.00 to a maximum of $500.00. Terms are a 30% immediate deposit with up to 30 days to pay the balance in a maximum of 3 further equal payments. Extensions or adjustments to the layaway period must be agreed upon in advance and in writing. There are no refunds to items purchased using our layaway option.

At UX'BEARies your satisfaction is important to us. We allow returns and a full credit for any item that you are not satisfied with when they are returned to us, shipping paid, within 15 days of receipt of the order. Notification of the return must be made within this time frame and all requests must be authorized in advance of return and send postage paid.
