Hi, I'm delighted to introduce to you, "Louis", made by myself Lynn Bowie of the award-winning Madabout Bears. "Louis" is made from vintage mohair in a lovely teddy yellow colour. The mohair comes from a theatrical costume from the costumier W. Mutrie & Son Ltd. which burned down in 1957 so really old mohair! He stands at approx 8 1/2” tall, is traditionally five way cotterpin jointed and poly/steel ball filled for a nice weight. He has been both scissor and needle sculpted. He has English black glass eyes and blonde mohair pawpads. He comes to you wearing a simple royal purple bow and large ornate key. Please note that he is a collectors item and therefore unsuitable for those under 14 years. Please email if you have any questions and thanks for looking xxx
