Ambrose is a very traditional bear! He is about 14 inches tall, and seated is about 11 inches high.
He is made from a lovely, soft, old gold coloured straight Steiff Schulte mohair, and has orange glass eyes with painted backs to make them sparkle.
He is a nice chunky design, and is medium filled (not too firm) to make him quite huggable!

He is:-

* 5 way cotter pin jointed, with a wobble joint in his neck
* filled with polyfibre filling, he has a small amount of steel shot in his feet, and some steel balls and poly pellets in his tummy, for added weight
* He has felt paw pads and stitched claws
* He has embroidered features, and some airbrush shading to add to his old look.

Ambrose wears a little collar made from a length of hand made, vintage lace, along with a key and rusty bell on a length of narrow ribbon around his neck.

Ambrose is one of a kind.
