My name is Bettina Groh. I have been making "Glass Dragon" bears for over 15 years. I like to make bears out of almost anything - new mohair, antique mohair, synthetics etc. I Used to make mostly large bears but arthritis has made them hard to make... so now it's smaller ones! I have made over 6,000 bears! I never expected to reach this number... but now I can't imagine not making many more. However, I sincerely doubt that I will reach 10,000! Summer 2004 I discovered needle felting and have really been enjoying this new medium! I also like creating accessories for my bears and their friends.
