After many (many!) years of guinea pig pet-ownership, I have finally gotten around to designing and making a mohair guinea pig. And the result is too cute!

This little ball of fluff is 'Patch'. An appropriate guinea pig name if ever there was one! She is photographed with her little friend 'Clover' - available separately, but this listing is just about Patch.

Patch is made from five different guinea pig coloured mohair fabrics. There's a lovely long rich chestnut brown, a scruffy creamy-grey, a fluffy soft yellow, a shorter golden fur and her belly is a ginger-gold.

Her head is cotter-pin jointed for cute poses, and she looks out through deluxe black glass eyes with ultra suede whites. Her little nose and mouth have been hand embroidered and her face trimmed. She is stuffed with polyfill and some glass beads for weight.

Patch is a one of a kind artist guinea pig. A sweet and unusual addition to a bear collection, or a companion for a lonely bear, or just a keepsake for a guinea pig lover. Her adoption fee includes registered airmail worldwide. No more to pay. Adoption of multiple guinea pigs will reduce this amount as postage is combined.
