Here is Tom, a very unique little old 'worn out' miniature teddy bear, he is heavily aged and has an endearing antique appeal, his fur has been very carefully aged, with balding patches, delicate shading & ageing techniques applied, all very thoughtfully done so he looks like he was loved to pieces!

These little old bears are so very precious, unique and so individual!

He is approx 4 inches when standing, he is fully jointed, and this little bear is very nicely weighted! so imagine this when looking at his pictures, he is firmly filled with a magical mix of micro steel shot and quality heavy polyester, he is not a very loose beanbag style - not as firm as my non-antique styles, just enough to add to the antique appeal, but firm enough so he can stand alone.

He will arrive complete with his little scarf which keeps this little 'thread bare' bear nice & snug!

His fur is a scrumptious dark brown, he has been delicately trimmed & decorative aged stitching applied in a very gentile manner, but just enough to have an authentic finish, the ageing techniques have all been very carefully thought out, and hand applied with delicate care.

A very special design, based on very traditional style bears in miniature, but with my cute twist, like his chunkiness and foldy tummy, arms and legs which seem to curl into his body, and an irresistable cute face with quirky little ears, a very delicately embroidered nose with waxing & outer shading for that antique appeal. A very solid, heavy, sturdy little bear.

He will arrive to you in a sweet little pouch, suitable for carrying around, & complete with miniature adoption certificate of authenticity.

This gorgeous little bear is very carefully designed and created to be 'all about the bear' with no need to hide his cuteness in clothes.

All completely hand stitched to the highest and exacting standards with precision and attention to tiny details, an exquisite little work of art made to be treasured for many years to come.
