I'm happy to present Kyra the fox.
Kyra has been entirely designed and hand crafted by myself. I always sew my creations by hand, using my own original designs.

Kyra measures about 25 cm from the point of her ears to the ground, and about 26 cm from her nose to her bottom. Her tail measures about 21 cm. She can either sit or stand on all fours in a realistic body posture.

For Kyra I chose a luxury Schulte fox faux fur, black short Schulte alpaca (for the lower part of her limbs) and white Schulte alpaca fur for her breast-belly, inner ears and tail end.
Eyes are of German glass, nose and claws have been sculpted from polymer clay. Her face is needle felted, her black whiskers are waxed.
Extensive scissor sculpting was done to ears, face, tail and limbs.
Kyra�s face, ears tail and limbs have been oil shaded.

Kyra has an internal wiring connecting her head and body, which gives her a lot of posing possibilities. Also her limbs and tail are wired and can be posed.
Kyra is three ways cotter pin jointed (hind legs and tail). She has been stuffed with sheep wool and encased white decorative gravel to add some weight.

Kyra owns an embroidered felt mat that I specially designed and crafted for her. She loves to sit and pose on it!
She also always travels with her birth certificate made in matching style and materials.
