Pietro has been entirely designed and hand crafted by myself. I always sew my creations by hand, using my own original designs.
Pietro measures about 28 cm from the point of his ears to the ground, and about 24 cm from his nose to his bottom. His tail measures about 25 cm. He can either sit or stand on all fours in a realistic body posture.

For Pietro I chose a luxury fox faux fur, black short Schulte alpaca (for the lower part of his limbs) and white luxury faux fur for his breast, inner ears and tail end.
Eyes are of German glass, nose and claws have been sculpted from polymer clay. Claws have also been layer painted with acrylics.
His face is needle felted, his black whiskers are waxed.
Scissor sculpting was done to ears, face tail and limbs.
Pietro�s face, ears tail and limbs have been oil shaded.

Pietro has an internal wiring connecting his head to his body, which gives him a lot of posing possibilities. Also his limbs and tail are wired and can be posed.
Pietro is three ways cotter pin jointed (hind legs and tail). He has been stuffed with sheep wool and encased mica granules to add some weight.

Pietro owns an embroidered felt mat with a peony that I specially designed and crafted for him. He loves to sit and pose on it!
He also always travels with his birth certificate.

Pietro is a collector item not suitable for young children.
