This fellow is a little more traditional than my really �cutsie� bears. But I think he still has a lot of personality. He has more of a �real� bear look to him. He is made out of a colorblend Schulte mohair in a brownish taupe color fur over a rich gold brown backing. The mohair appears to have a silvery sheen to it in certain lights. The bow I gave him coordinates nicely with his fur and is perfect for the upcoming Fall holidays. Since he is more of a traditional bear, he also wears a vintage key, which he hopes will unlock your heart.

I have done very extensive scissor and needle sculpting to his face and have added some color to bring out his features. He has hand blown glass eyes to which I have added a single upper eyelid and double lower eyelids. His nose is hand embroidered with pearl cotton.

The bear is about 15" standing (which he does not do by himself) and 10" sitting. He is five way jointed with hard board disks, locks nuts and a cotter pin in his neck. He has a pouch of copper BB�s in his bottom for a bit of added weight and has wool felt paw pads which have been cathedral sculpted with subtle shading added. His arms are also wired to give him more pose-ability. As with all my creations, he does not have a name. Since he is being adopted, it is up to his new mother or father to give him a name they deem appropriate.

My soft sculptures are adult collectibles and not suitable for small children and are made with the finest materials and are designed and completely hand made by me. All of my creations are one-of-a-kind and take me several days to complete, as I am meticulous in my construction and detail. I will not offer any soft sculpture for sale until I am completely happy with it.
