A Miniature bear which keeps you company wherever you go: ) He loves to travel in the car, will keep you company in the kitchen, fits easliy into your pocket or bag or will be your constant companion while you are online! lol : )

This little bear was inspired by some gingerbread men I was making for my little son one Saturday afternoon. These gingerbread men soon started to turn into teddy bears and then sparked off an idea of making mohair versions on a similar scale : )

After working on various designs, I decided on the one you see here.
This little bear is made from Schulte 11mm Sparse Distressed Fusty Olive Mohair. This is then hand stitched and filled with dense polyester filling. The bear has been individually filled in sections and then hand stitched to give him his shape. He has English 4mm black glass eyes and cashmere fabric on his muzzle and a big black glass nose. There are hand embroidered claws on his feet and paw pads and a stitched mouth. He has been shaded with acrylic paint for just that little extra bit of realism.
He also comes with a Bears of Bath label, sewn into his side and a little hang tag ontop of his head so he can keep you company anywhere you want to go!

This bear is Number 9 in the Bears of Bath Gingerbread Ted Series and comes with a Bears of Bath Numbered and Signed Certificate for authenticity.

All my bears are hand sewn and from a pet and smoke free home and only the best materials which have been bought from reputable teddy bear suppliers have been used.

Bears of Bath is a member of the Guild of Master Bear Crafters
& a finalist of the British Bear Artist Awards 2007
Bears of Bath has also appeared in Teddy Bear Club International.

Please note this is a collectors bear and is therefor not suitable for children under 14 years old .
