EYES: Custom hand-painted German glass starburst in warm brown & gold shades / dark honey ultrasuede to match pads
NOSE: Hand-embroidered in dark honey Perle cotton / nose gloss for 'wet look'
JOINTS: Limbs (lock-nut), neck (cotter pin)
FILLING: Polyester / steel shot in tummy for weight
ACCESSORIES: Hand-knitted multi-coloured & textured woollen scarf
DETAILS: Bear hand-sewn, paw pads airbrushed with copic markers and finished with oilpaints for 3D effect, extensively needlesculpted face, arms wired for posing.

All Nikkel Bears are crafted and shipped without faults, and are shipped with tracking and insurance by Australia Post and information is communicated with buyers.
A full investigation will be raised with Australia Post should any item arrived severely damaged or be deemed to be lost in transit, and pending the result of this investigation, a case for refund to the buyer may be considered.
Refunds for any other reason are not available.
