Meet my latest two boys - Badru and Bandele. They are made from a stunning, and super soft faux fur blanket that i purchased brand new from a local homewares store. The pattern is rather odd and beautiful, consisting of spots, and patches and stripes. The pile itself is short and silky with a changing direction. Just beautiful to run your hands over - or give them a cuddle.

Badru is 23" (58cm) tall from head to toe, while Bandele is 16" (40cm) tall. They are both loosely but securely fully jointed. The combination of these joints, and the super silky fur has resulted in very floppy bears! They definitely could not stand unassisted, and are best sat propped up against a shelf/wall (though they can sit unassisted pretty well).

They are firmly stuffed with polyfill and have glass beads in their bellies, arms and feet. All the paw pads are have been heavily shaded with silk-dye and the feet have hand sewn toe detail.

They look out through big black deluxe glass eyes with ultra suede whites. They both have big black embroidered noses and some more silk-dye shading to the face and eyes.

Both Badru and Bandele wear a simple 'open weave' wire supported hessian-like bow around their necks that is fully removable. They are both one of a kind bears, and a one of a kind set together. Price quoted below is the adoption fee for both bears together, and includes postage for both of them worldwide.

(last photo shows my 10month old with them for some degree of size comparison. Though the perspective isn't fantastic as Chels is leaning forward to cuddle Bandele!)
