This is one of the teddy bears in my new collection, My Attic Bears.
I'm a romantic at heart. I love fairy tales and miracles, I love family stories.
My collection is created to give birth to memories, a feeling of light sadness and nostalgia.
The teddy bear is sewn from Italian viscose and natural cotton. Natural silk ribbon is used for decoration.
I love hand embroidery. This embroidery is made by me. I have embroidered the motif from Trish Burr's book " Miniature needle painting embroidery vintage portraits, florals and birds".
Light tinting with art oil gives an aged effect.
The teddy bear is stuffed with sawdust and granulate, which makes the teddy bear more tactile.
The height of the teddy bear is 21 cm.
Fully 5-way jointed with cotter pins.
The nose is embroidered with black threads.
