This exclusive, OOAK artwork won a Golden George plaque in 2023. The theme of the category in the competition was ‘Carnaval’. It represents a dancing elephant and dancing bear. Everything is handmade and designed by me.
The elephant is 27,5 cm (approx. 10.82 inches) tall without head piece and 31 cm (approx. 12.20 inches) with head piece and feather shawl). She is hand sewn from a thick, faux leather. She has 2 honey coloured acrylic eyes. The arms, legs, ears and trunk are wired (but the elephant is NOT jointed!). Her decorated tusks and nails are made of apoxy clay. She is wearing a hand sewn green/purple, glitter bikini and little hand made slippers. The elephant is standing with a display stand, which is integrated in the floor plate.
She has many little crystals all over her body, every single one glued on by hand. The elephant is wearing a handmade feather shawl and a feather head piece.
The bear is 24 cm (approx. 9.44 inches) tall without head piece and 31 cm (aprox.12.20 inches with head piece and feather shawl). She is hand sewn from a high quality faux fur. She has 2 blue coloured glass eyes. The arms and legs are wired (but the bear is NOT jointed!). Her lips, nose and nails are sculpted with apoxy clay. She is wearing a hand sewn green/red/orange, glitter bikini. The bear is wearing a handmade feather shawl and feather head piece and handmade little slippers. The bear is standing with a display stand, which is integrated in the floor plate.
The pink glitter floor plate (36 cm – 14.17 inches in intersection) is decorated with star jewels, curly pipe cleaners and a hand sculpted blue parrot head.

The Golden George plaque is NOT included. (The golden Bear head on a plate.)

The artwork will come with a certificate of authenticity to assure you from an original ‘Mellisea Creations’ creation.
