Please remember, my felted toys are collector's arts, they are not suitable for children's play. Please keep sculptures away from animals, small children, keep away from bright sunlight.

I send toys within 1-2 days. I pack them in sturdy cardboard boxes, in branded bags. The toys have passports.

Usually delivery takes 3-4 weeks, but there are cases when the parcel goes 2 meats.
During shipping, the wool of fluffy toys can wrinkle, it can be gently brushed with a toothbrush.
