This is Penelope and she is about 13cm/5.1 inches tall standing without the Hat, 11cm/4.3 inches seated.
Penelope is made of two different cream and tan colored synthetic Fabrics and she has upholstery Paws.
She is filled with poly filling and is nicely weighted with some steel Pellets.e This little Bear is 5-way Cotter Pin jointed with a wobble jointed Head. Penelope has quality hand made German Glass Eyes and an embroidered and varnished black Nose.
I have needle sculpted her little paws and gave her some shading for even more cuteness.
Penelope will bring the cute handmade Hat.
