SuZu Ladybug is waiting for her new home to fly off to!
I'm an award-winning multi-media artist and my passion is creating unique collectible critters for my fans and collectors. Even though SuZu is not a large piece, she took several weeks of intensive labor to get her "just right" - and she certainly is!

SuZu is one of a kind - as are all my creations!
She is made of hardened wool over wire armature, with eight legs, two wings and two wing covers! Her wings are stiffened margellan silk over wires. Her wings covers are stiffened wool that are embroidered, beaded, and tinted with pastels, mica powders then encrusted with Chunky glitter bits. Wings and covers can be posed closed or open - get ready for lift off Suzu!

SuZu has hand blown German glass eyes and tiny blown glass antennae tips. You will adore her long curled eye-lashes too! The tiny details on this piece will make SuZu one of your most treasured collections - photos don't do her justice!

SuZu comes with artist tags, Certificate of Authenticity and my own hand-made Pansies (one of my fav flowers) to keep SuZu company in her new home!
