Introducing beautiful Amelie, hand sewn from the softest, dense pile alpaca in a rich, toasty brown colour.
She is designed to sit, but would stand assisted and measures 38cm standing.
I have hand painted her English glass eyes in deep browns with black, gold and white highlights. Her face has been extensively needle felted using quality Australian merino wool, and her nose has been sanded and sealed multiple times to create a realistic look. I have also wired her ears which provides a good stiffness for posing.
Her paw pads are made from biscuit coloured ultra suede which I have shaded using artist pastels.
Amelie is filled with polyester with a little steel shot in her tummy, which gives her a lovely weighty feel.
She has a locline spine which allows her neck to pose in many different ways, and she has locknut and disc limbs. Her arms and legs also contain locline skeleton which allows mobility for posing.
I have also made Amelie’s flower headband using a mix of faux and authentic dried flowers. She wears a matching ribbon around her neck which I have adorned with authentic Swarovski crystals and crystal butterflies.
Like all Nikkel Bears, Amelie will arrive to you securely packaged, with a Nikkel Bears tush tag and her own Certificate of Authenticity, which identify her as a Nikkel Bears original creation.

Return and Refund Policy
All Nikkel Bears are crafted and shipped without faults, and are shipped with tracking and insurance by Australia Post and information is communicated with buyers.
A full investigation will be raised with Australia Post should any item arrived severely damaged or be deemed to be lost in transit, and pending the result of this investigation, a case for refund to the buyer may be considered.
Refunds for any other reason are not available.
