Please meet Sweep the realistic mohair guinea pig, he is excited to find his forever home and he promises he is very well behaved and litter trained!
He is the third in a new collection of realistic guinea pig breeds that I’m creating.
Sweep is a bit special because he has a little secret! He wheeks and squeeks when you press his sides! He has a voice box inside his tummy which plays a real guinea pig sound for 30 seconds when pressed! Please watch the video with sound on to hear his adorable voice!
Sweep is a blue roan Abyssinian breed Cavy / guinea pig. Abyssinian guinea pigs have a rough coat texture with distinctive rosettes / swirls of fur all over their bodies. Blue roan piggies have dark coloured heads with a coat colour consisting of grey, black and white flecks.
Sweep is life size and measures 21 cm / 8 inches long . He is weighted with steel pellets to the weight of a real guinea pig which gives him a lovely realistic feel when held. He has a flexible spine running from his head to his bottom so his head can be moved up and down and side to side in many realistic positions, his body can also bend and curl into a cute sleeping position! I have sewn him from a beautiful piece of luxurious German Schulte mohair fabric which has a lovely curl and matches the coat colouring of a roan piggy perfectly. I have also shaded his head darker using top quality durable fabric paints. His ears, paws and nose are sewn from flesh coloured suede and realistically shaded and he even has some cute little whiskers! His eyelids are hand sculpted from clay with cute little eye whites.
He has gorgeous handmade brown glass eyes which look very realistic!
He comes with a beautiful personalised wooden pendant tag with an engraved guinea pig on the front. I have also written his name, breed and edition number / 3 on the back.
He will come to his new home with his handmade fleece cushion created using my own hand drawn guinea pig illustrations! He also comes with a lovely custom printed satin Hayley walker designs collectible gift bag.
Also included is my sewn in label, as well as a certificate of authenticity and care instructions. He will also arrive gift wrapped in a nice box.
Please note that the guinea pig bowl and beige round bed shown in the photos is for display purposes only and not included with Sweep.
Sweep and all my other soft sculpture animals are also not intended to be toys. They are not suitable for children under the age of 14 and are collectible pieces of art, to be treasured for years to come.
Sweep has been created in a clean and smoke free studio too.

Return and Refund Policy
I really hope you love your new critter, but if for any reason you are unhappy, please let me know by emailing me and I will do my very best to help you. The bear must be returned in original condition and carefully packed via an insured and tracked delivery service. A refund will then be given within 14 days of me receiving the returned item. Refunds do not include return delivery charges.
