Little Seymour is made of dusty pink viscose fabric that has been dyed and shaded to give him a vintage look. He has tiny black glass eyes and is fully jointed and filled with a mixture of wool and steel pellets.
Seymour wears a pretty collar around his neck- and he also wears a small party hat (removable). His collar is non-removable.

Seymour measures 14 cm (measured when he is not wearing his hat).
