Rita miniature bat – 1.9" (5 cm) height, 2.5” (6,5 cm) wingspan
This funny miniature bat Rita with glints of carnival fireworks on its wings was created using a variety of techniques: head and body were crocheted from textured yarn and shaded with acrylic paints, wings were embroidered with metallic threads with shiny effect and have wire frame so they can easily be folded or unfolded. Tiny paws also have a wire frame. The head is on a cotter pin and can be turned.
Materials: yarn, sewing thread, glass beads, wool filler, wire.

The bat was born in a non-smoking home.
