Slowly, meditatively, needle in hand, I carefully wrought every stitch without the aid of a sewing machine. Not that there is anything wrong with technical aids, I simply chose to consciously slow down, carefully considering how I might make this the most engaging, most hands-on work that I was capable of. The following materials and features are incorporated into this bear and birdie pair.
Bear:
• Quality golden mohair fur fabric
• 5-way Hardboard joints, held by set screws and lock nuts
• Poseable wire armature inside arms, legs, and ears
• Golden brown glass eyes with layered eyelids
• Dark eyelashes with blonde tips
• Sculpted leatherette nose
• Scissor sculpted areas on face and paws
• Artist oil-color accents
• Scupted ultrasuede paws with Inset resin clay claws
• Cute stubby bear tail
• Stands alone
• Polyfiber stuffing
• Weighted with enclosed steel b-bs
• Upcycled sweater vest with antique button closure
• Crocheted peaked side-flap hat with long braided “ties”

Items are securely packed for shipping in new or clean recycled box. Return available in U.S. only, upon approval, within 1 week of delivery. Buyer pays return shipping. Item must be returned in original condition.
