Return & Exchange Policy

My Listings are described as accurately and with as many pictures as possible and I am on hand to answer any queries. I do NOT issue refunds.

If you are not pleased, please contact me DIRECTLY within 3 days of receiving your item and I'll try to make it right. In the event that both of us agree that the only satisfactory resolution is the return of the item, you must be prepared to pay for shipping the item back to me. Your purchase price (not including original shipping charges) will be refunded if I receive the item in new condition within 7 days of our agreement.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
1. Items which are damaged.
2. Custom or personalised orders
3. Items on sale
