Estonia has several islands. Grandma Kaili lives on one of them. This is a great place to live, quiet, peaceful. Kaili loved to come to the sea and watch the ships leave. Everyone has their own story. Grandma's neighbors were fishermen. Kaili took her little basket, put a little duck in it and ran to the sea to meet her neighbors. Kaili knew that on this day her grandmother would cook delicious pies stuffed with fish.
The material is hand-dyed viscose. Inside sawdust, granulate. The traditional Estonian embroidery technique is used on the body. The duck is made using needle felting technique.
