Soft felt sculpture made of wool Matroskin Cat. Created by the photographer Nikolai YERYKALOV. A character invented by the children's writer Eduard Uspensky. The height of the work without a cap is 23.23 inches. The materials used in the work were wool, yarn, wire frame, glass eyes, Fimo clay, wire. Valenki are piled by the method of wet felting from wool. The hat, scarf and mittens are knitted from yarn. To install the cats yourself, you will have to control the paws and tail. Since the work is big, it is difficult for the cat to stand in any position. Stability is assessed as low. You can use objects placed side by side to make the sculpture more stable. The rabbit is made of fragrant handmade soap by another master. Which is the symbol of the year 2023.
