This 4th of July bear was made by artist Judy Scott. It is 2 1/4 inches tall, fully jointed with black bead eyes, a brown embroidered nose and mouth, and it made from vintage upholstery velvet. The bear has a wonderful sculpted face with eyebrows. He wears a red/white/and blue hat and vest, and carries an american flag. He comes with a small wooden tag and a clear display box.
