Mama Owl Etherial is 26 cm (10+ inches) long from hat to foot, and approximately 15 cm (6 inches) wide so she is quite solid

On her stand she is 28 cm (11 inches) tall

Her babies Celeste and Orion are approximately 15 cm (6 inches) long

All three owls’ heads are hand sculpted with high quality clay, as are Etherial’s feet

Please note - babies Celeste and Orion DO NOT have feet – this is intentional as they are designed to snuggle in their nest

All three owls are made of beautiful soft mohair

Their bodies are completely hand stitched

They have glass eyes

They are glass pellet, pebble and Dacron filled so they are quite heavy in the body for balance

They are completely hand painted

Etherial stands on a block covered in raw silk

The trio’s clothing is all made of the same stunning raw silk

The stand has a cluster of flowers to which l have added hand made clay hearts on recycled wire

The beading (which consists of old and new beads and buttons) that is sewn all around the hats and chest pieces took endless hours to create, with a lovely dense effect which l have aged

The babies sit in an adorable nest

This set would make a spectacular Christmas centre piece but is also so beautiful to display all year around!

This would have to be ONE of my most FAVOURITE pieces

It truly is magical and speaks to my soul
