Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Returns and Exchanges details
In case of refund AFTER creature is shipped:
- If you won't like it for some reason when you'll meet teddy in personal, I'll refund only the teddy cost, but not shipping cost.

- you have to ship teddy back to me (shipping costs are not refundable, only the cost of the teddy)

Postage is not refundable and you are responsible for the return postage.

In case of return of the goods please pay attention that Buyer pays for the return shipment (even if the item was bought at free shipping sale)

I can't be held responsible for LOST or BROKEN packages AFTER shipment


Worldwide Shipping
All purchased items will be shipped from Russia via international registered mail service "Russian Post" during 2-3 business days after getting your payment

All my packages have a tracking number. You can monitor the movement of your package on the websites of the post services.

All items are packaged carefully, so they have to arrive in perfect condition.

Shipping from Ukraine to United States, Canada, Europe, China takes about 2-3 weeks.
But sometimes it takes up to 6-8 weeks.

Lost Parsel
If your items didn't arrive within 8 weeks, contact me and I will log an investigation though Russin Post. If the package is officially recognized lost you can contact Paypal for the PayPal Buyer or purchase Protection.

Non-Delivery
Please ensure that the address is correct prior to placing an order. If any package is never picked up from the postal office, or re-quires re-shipment due to an incorrect address (or any reason), the buyer is responsible for paying the subsequent reshipment fees.
