I’d like to introduce you to Lulu Goes to Ladurée, a petite little girl bear hand sewn from vintage and new long pile velvets. Lulu has five cotter pin and disc joints, glass eyes, and a needle and scissor sculpted face. Her sweet cheeks are slightly blushed and her features are airbrush shaded to bring out her sweet personality. Lulu is slightly weighted with stainless steel shot and wears a pretty collar of metallic tatted-look lace, and a silk bow on one ear, topped with a tiny vintage velvet millinery flower.
Lulu nestles in a tiny replica Ladurée bag, just like the ones you carry home your delicious treats in if you’re lucky enough to visit the famous patisserie in Paris! I handmade petite pastel macarons to rest in a replica Ladurée box, and an extra one for Lulu to hold. A petite souvenir Eiffel Tower studded with rhinestones adds a finishing touch, topped with a bow of palest pink Ladurée ribbon.
Lulu measures approx 5cm/2” seated, her bag 9cm/3.5” long, 7cm/2.5” tall and 4cm/1.5” deep.
