Let me introduce you to my latest piece, The Mad Hatter’s Tea Party from Alice in Wonderland. I’ve always loved the story of Alice and her adventures, so I hope you enjoy my take on the Tea Party!
Alice, the Mad Hatter and the White Rabbit are all handstitched from long and short piled velvets and feature glass eyes and string jointing. Overall, the piece measures 10cm/4” tall approximately. The Hatter measures approx 5cm/2”small standing.
They come with the handmade top hat decorated with a fluffy silk bow and price sign just as in the much loved original story, a pair of overflowing topsy-turvy teacups and Alice’s rhinestone studded key to open a mysterious door.
Alice and the Hatter are lightly stitched in place, the rabbit is not attached.
