REFUNDING RULES:
*The bought goods are not subject to exchange or return. If for any reason, the buyer is not happy with the purchase, they can contact with me and we can work on the issue together before leaving a negative review. Only if the problem was caused by me, would I give a refund minus shipping and extra comission taken by Pay Pal after I have received the item in perfect condition in case nothing else could be done.
*The buyer is responsible for the payment if any customs tax should be paid on importing the item into the destination country.

Ordering Information:
1- I accept payment via Pay Pal or Visa card.
2-All items must be paid for within 48 hours. If you need extra time, please contact with me to let me know. I can also reserve a toy for you after a partial payment on the reservation day. The buyer needs to buy that toy in 30 days. Deferred payments are non-refundable.
3-All orders are shipped from Russia, via Airmail with tracking number.
4-Items that are ready for shipping will be shipped within 1-2 business days after the receipt of the payment.
5-Parcel delivery may take up 10 days- 2 months depending on conditions.
6- All of the items exhibited here are not toys for small children but older ones can touch them securely because all toys were made in a non-smoking area with healthy materials.
