Bear Yuan Yuan Zi,

He is the father of the bear family of three, a customer order completed last month.

I clearly remembered the moment when this customer friend sent me a photo of her families, how deeply touched I was! We contact with each other on line or through phones, we get used to talk to screens, but kind of forget the live and fresh person behind it. How sad we are! … I stared at the photo and thought, I definitely will make the bears my best, cannot fail the trust, and how happy they will be when they see their bears!

I think this feeling is always the major drive for me every time when I made a customer order, I think of everyone’s happy reactions, and how happy they made me, how appreciated I felt.
