Everyone knows that if you sleep for almost six months in a row, first of all, upon awakening, you need to fill yourself with vitamin lingonberry tea with a decoction of spruce needles. Because if you take pine needles, then, of course, it will not yield to taste, but it is for hedgehogs, of course, that spruce is better suited, it just so happened.
