Kanga's Journal Entry Day 1:
I'm Kanga, born today in outback Victoria. I was created completely by hand sewing.
I wear black stockings of mohair and a pretty white dress with a black kangaroo print and black lace on the hem.
I love to jump and skip like all kids do but sometimes my red velvet bow falls off.
My paws are red woolen to match my necklace of a heart shaped paw.
My tummy is filled with soft stuff, granules and wood wool to keep me full all day until dinner time.
I have five joints that move all ways and my eyes are black glass.
I have grey and black tipped mohair arms and head and my tummy is soft grey mohair. I like to rub my back on the bark of ghost gum trees.
I hope you love me too!
Kanga's Journal Entry Day 2:
Today was picnic day at the races and I wore my gingham skirt with matching headband. This headband does not fall off! I jumped up and down by the side of the racetrack and my horsey won.
I love my horsey too!
I bring all my outfits with me!
