Joel the Cheetah.
The piece was made of thick and silky fur. The body is reinforced with a flexible framework skeleton whereby the sculpture is able to change its position and take different poses. The presence of the skeleton adds extra flexibility and realism.
Internal stuffing — mixture of hollowfiber and natural wool.
Ears and tail are also based on a framework and able to change their position.
Paw pads and nose, Claws — polymeric clay.
Tone work was made with acrylics and dry pastel, recreating the natural color of Cheetahs
Length — 35 inces (88 cm excluding the tail)
Height — 27 inches (68 cm)
