Hello, this wonderful Bichon Frise is Cosmo by the amazing artist Alisa Shangina. A custom order for me, this darling one-of-a-kind doggie is 11.8 inches tall, he’s made of faux fur and here are more of his features:

Cosmo is a collector’s item and NOT intended for small children. He’s always been behind glass and he’s in pristine/outstanding condition from a very clean, smoke-free home.

Ordering Information
I pack very well and I use quality packing materials that I do not charge for. I strive very hard to accurately describe every bear and stuffie, and my aim is to have happy customers.

Layaway Policy This item qualifies for layaway
Offering 1/3 payment on the same day of each month until paid in full (60 days total). Layaway payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. If payment is not received on the designated dates, the item is returned to Bear Pile. Please contact me if you have an alternate plan in mind and I will be happy to consider it. If the item is less than $150.00 and you need a layaway, please contact me.

Return and Refund Policy
I do not accept returns per se, but if there is a problem with your purchase, please contact me and we can discuss it.

USA shipping will be by USPS Retail Ground Mail with insurance. Sometimes Priority Mail is only a few cents more (due to shorter distance), in which case I ship USPS Priority Mail. I refund any postal overages. If you would like the exact cost of shipping to your door, please email me your zip/postal code.

International bidders: Shipping is by USPS Priority Mail International. I do not ship to all countries due to the numerous complications involved. Please contact me with your country and postal code if your location is not listed and I will email you the shipping cost. I charge the actual cost of shipping. Full insurance is often not available without a substantial increase in shipping cost.
