Meet lovely black bear Marlow. This big chunky guy is made from 3 different night quality faux furs. German Schulte and Tissavel. His body has a full internal skeleton, with a loc line spine, strong wire and 4 specially made disk joints in his limbs. He has a full set of polymer clay claws, wired in, and joined to the armature, each one can be individually moved. His squashy pads are hand sewn from leather, stuffed and pulled. He has extensive needle and scissor sculpting to her head, and layers of ink to tone his face. His beautiful big nose finishes his look, it’s hand sculpted directly onto his nose from poxy clay, on a needle felted base. He’s wonderfully poseable, able to move in lots of ways, and lots of expressions. He has a lovely weight to him, filled with soft petllets, heavy and soft filling where needed. Slightly softer in the body than my other big bears, as I wanted that dense long fur to be cuddled. He feels Devine! His body fur is so dense you can loose your hands in it xx
