Dear friends!
I'm glad to introduce to you my new miniature BEAR CUB.
While making a miniature my aim is to immitate the process of making a big teddy bear (or bear friend) toy. I use the same techniques but apply them to the micro miniature size. So my toys are soft and stuffed with wool, and they are 5-way jointed just as a 'normal' teddy bear. They have fur and I even make them a hair-cut!

The bear details were crocheted and brushed to fluffy, then all-body scissor shaped. Crocheted parts have no seams, and that's a great advantage for miniature. All the tools that I use look like different type of needles - tiny crochet hook, forceps and brushes.

Each limb, each part was crocheted separately, thread-shaped. Staffed with wool. Then carefully brushed to fluffy and scissor shaped. The cub is soft! She is 5 way thread jointed. It means that the head and the limbs are moveable and the cub turns her head and takes different poses.

The bear has tiny back glass beads eyes. She was carefully oil-shaded. All the paint I use is wet-and-water-resistant, still it's not recommended to wash her.
