Meet, this is Ganga , a gang-gang cockatoo. In the third photo you can see a photo of his prototype,a real parrot.
The gang-gang cockatoo (Callocephalon fimbriatum) is found in the cooler and wetter forests and woodlands of Australia, particularly alpine bushland. Mostly mild grey in colour with some lighter scalloping (more pronounced and buffy in females), the male has a red head and crest, while the female has a small fluffy grey crest. It ranges throughout south-eastern Australia. The gang-gang cockatoo is the faunal emblem of the Australian Capital Territory. It is easily identified by its distinctive call, which is described as resembling a creaky gate, or the sound of a cork being pulled from a wine bottle.

The name gang-gang comes from a New South Wales Aboriginal language, probably from one of the coastal languages, although possibly from Wiradjuri. It is probably an onomatopoeic name (Wikipedia)
It is a next parrot from my new series "Fat birds". Very soon there will be new birds from this seria! It will be interesting!))
Sewn entirely by hand from vintage viscose plush, tinted with oil.
It has 5 splint joints.
The wings are flexible and have a wire inside.
The beak, eyelids and legs were sculpted by me from polymer clay Cernit (this is the strongest polymer clay).

As all my toys, she made according by my original patterns. It made in the premises free from odors ( no Smoking, no Pets). Ganga will arrive in a new house in the postal box and with own gift box, and will bring passport of collectible toy.
