Dear friends!
I'm glad to introduce to you my new miniature Yorkie Puppy.

While making a miniature my aim is to immitate the process of making a big teddy bear (or bear friend) toy. I use the same techniques but apply them to the micro and miniature size. So my toys are soft and stuffed with cotton, and they are 5-way jointed just as a 'normal' teddy bear. They have fur and I even make them a hair-cut!
The cub was crocheted and brushed to fluffy, then all-body scissor shaped. Crocheted parts have no seams, and that's a great advantage for miniature. All the tools that I use look like different type of needles - tiny crochet hook, forceps and brushes.

Each limb, each part was crocheted separately, thread-shaped. Staffed with cottonl. Then carefully brushed to fluffy and scissor shaped. The cub is soft! He is 5 way thread jointed. It means that the head and the limbs are moveable and the cub turns his head and takes different poses.
The Puppy has tiny back glass beads eyes. He was carefully oil-shaded. All the paint I use is wet-and-water-resistant, still it's not recommended to wash him.
Though the Puppy is so very tiny, it took many and many hours to create him.

The bag is crocheted by me. I used cotton threads and acrilic paint.
