Loveworn and a bit bedraggled, Rags' adorableness has not been dimmed by his tatters. He's proud of his scars, because each one has a really good story to go with it. And if you are his person, he will whisper them in your ear.

(Note: Rags doesn't really have any rips...he was just made to look that way!)

Measuring 13" from head to back paws, he comes with an artist signed hangtag.
