Finch and Fancy are a Fennec Foxes family - Dad and daughter :)

Finch measures about 24 cm (9,5”) without his ears when sitting. Fancy is about 14 cm (5,5”) tall - without her “haircut”.
Both of them have a wonderful fur, made of a very realistic looking plush. I stuffed them with natural sheep wool and some steel
shots for weight. I sculpted their noses of clay and gave them some whiskers. Their eyes are of German Glass, Finch’s are brown and his daughter’s are blue. Fancy has movable eye lids.
To achieve a living expression I needle sculpted their faces and shaded them by hand.
Instead of a neck joint I gave Finch and Fancy a lockline running from head to tail - like a spine.
So they can move their heads up and down and side to side (and everywhere in between). A very realistic feature. Their legs and their ears are wired.
Little Fancy is able to stand on her four legs - so she can pose in various ways.
Finch’s and Fancy’s pink paw pads were made of suedette.

The cute couple will come to you with a leather hang tag each and a Certificate of Authenticity including a nice photo.

Of course Finch and Fancy grew up in a smokefree home.

They were not created of existing patterns, but designed only from photos and sketches, and exclusively by myself. They are completely handmade - real OOAKs.

Please note: Due to small parts that could be swallowed, Finch and Fancy are for the adult collector only and not suitable for children to play with!
