Madsen Miniatures is very pleased to introduce you to "Marielis" - a one of a kind miniature winged teddy bear completely designed and handsewn with love by me, Lisa Madsen. She's a darling tiny teddy about 3 inches (7.6 cm) tall. She has the centerseam head design and has been made from lovely vintage long pile velvets in a lovely butter cream & a pretty purple & she has ultrasuede footpads with hand-painted & drawn rose designs with sparkles - she loves having sparkly feet! Marielis is wearing a light purple lace ribbon with a bow around her head & she has a collar necklace & strand necklace of light purple glass seed beads. And she has black wire antennae atop her wee head. Marielis has gorgeous transparent double wings with lovely purple & green flower designs with purple glitter accents along with crystal accents & purple roses & wonderful golden branch findings - just stunning! - handmade & designed by "anndesigns59" - and you can gently adjust them. And Marielis comes with her golden puffy heart pillow to sit on & her pretty little green-winged butterfly friends attached to her chest & left paw - so cute! ~:O) Marielis's darling little face has been needle and scissor sculpted and has also been shaded, painted & sparkled to bring out her expression. She also has wired arms for different posing positions.

Marielis is fully 5-way cotterpin and disk jointed; with handblown glass eyes, and a lacquered black pearl cotton nosie & a thread mouth and teeny eyebrows. She is stuffed with polyfil and her little tummy and legs have some bb's in them to give a nice weighted feel in your hand and to help with standing although she's more of a leaner.

Marielis will come to you with her own little sewn-on acrylic nametag and I have also initialed the footpad so she's all ready to come to her new hug. She comes from a smoke-free home. And, she is not suitable for young children as she has small parts.
