Madsen Miniatures is very pleased to introduce you to "Zi Li" - a one-of-a-kind miniature panda-style butterfly-winged teddy bear completely designed and handsewn with love by me, Lisa Madsen. She's a darling tiny teddy about 3 inches (7.6 cm) tall. She has the centerseam head design and has been made from lovely vintage velvets in a pretty butter cream & a rich black & she has hand-drawn and painted butterfly designs with sparkles on her ultrasuede footpads - she loves having sparkly feet! Zi Li is wearing light orange flower beads with orange seed bead centers by her ears & she has a collar & strand necklace of iridescent orange glass beads with a few turquoise ones & she has tiny black wire antennae atop her wee head. She has gorgeous semi-transparent sparkly butterfly-style wings with shades of orange, turquoise & green & turquoise crystally flowers at the center parts of the wings & she has tiny Monarch butterflies on the ends of her extending wires - so pretty! - they were handmade & designed by the talented artist of "indigo*moon" & you can adjust them gently. And Zi Li has her golden heart pillow to sit on & her turquoise enamelled ladybug friend attached to her left paw - so sweet! ~:O) Zi Li's darling little face has been needle and scissor sculpted and has also been shaded & sparkled to bring out her expression. She also has wired arms for different posing positions.

Zi Li is fully five-way cotterpin and disk jointed; with handblown glass eyes, and a lacquered black pearl cotton nosie & a thread mouth and teeny eyebrows. She is stuffed with polyfil and her little tummy and legs have some bb's in them to give a nice weighted feel in your hand and to help with standing although she's more of a leaner.

Zi Li will come to you with her own little sewn-on acrylic nametag and I have also initialed the footpad so she's all ready to come to her new hug. She comes from a smoke-free home. And, she is not suitable for young children as she has small parts.
