Madsen Miniatures is very pleased to introduce you to "Caecey" - a one of a kind miniature dragonfly teddy bear completely designed and handsewn with love by me, Lisa Madsen. She's a darling tiny teddy about 3 inches (7.6 cm) tall. She has the centerseam head design and has been made from a lovely vintage long pile velvet in a golden brown & she has ultrasuede footpads with hand-drawn & painted designs accented with sparkles - she loves having sparkly feet! Caecey is wearing a green organza ribbon with a bow around her head accented with iridescent pink glass beads & she has a collar & strand necklace of iridescent pink with some green glass beads. And she has tiny wire antennae atop her wee head. Caecey has beautiful semi-transparent iridescent dragonfly wings, they are fuschia pink & green but can also look purple too & they're accented with crystals and a curlicue finding handmade & designed by Mei4life - so pretty! - and you can gently adjust them. And Caecey comes with her darling green-winged dragonfly friend attached to her left paw - so sweet! ~:O) Caecey's darling little face has been needle and scissor sculpted and has also been shaded, painted & sparkled to bring out her expression. She also has wired arms for different posing positions.

Caecey is fully cotterpin and disk jointed; with handblown glass eyes, and a lacquered black pearl cotton nosie & a thread mouth and teeny eyebrows. She is stuffed with polyfil and her little tummy and legs have some bb's in them to give a nice weighted feel in your hand and to help with standing although she's more of a leaner.

Caecey will come to you with her own little sewn-on acrylic nametag and I have also initialed the footpad so she's all ready to come to her new hug. She comes from a smoke-free home. And, she is not suitable for young children as she has small parts.
