Thank you for stopping by to meet Whisper... Whisper is a rather large girl for me, sitting at approx 20cm/8" tall, or 28cm/11" overall, and hand stitched from gorgeous super dense pearly grey coloured German ratineefor her head and gorgeous hand dyed long lilac German mohair for her body. Her face is needle and scissor sculpted as well as shaded with an airbrush, and she has sparkling English glass eyes. She is filled with pure wool and glass sand for a nice weight in your hand.
Whisper ears a collar of gorgeous silvery metallic antique lace from an antique market in Belgium, where I also found the little sparkly pinecones that adorn the bow on her head. The bow itself is vintage ribbon from France.
