Ursina is made in the style of a vintage bear from a grey viscose and white felt paw pads.
The fur around the muzzle and the tips of paws and feet are trimmed and shaded. I handshaded the whole body, especially paw and foot pads, the eyes and the ears to give Ursina an authentically aged appearance.
She has original antique boot button eyes and an embroidered nose with missing stitches.
Ursinas arms and legs are not too loosely jointed. Her head is jointed not too wobbly and not too fix.
She is a 5-way cotter pin jointed bear who is filled with excelsior, polyfibre and mineral granules for an extra weight.
She wears a lovely dress made of wonderful antique cotton laces. This dress is tea-dyed to match the whole impression.
I sewed two patches onto her body and a vintage button, so she looks nice as well without her dress.
Ursina is a cuddlesome bear and very tactile.
She can sit and lie and looks very nice in different positions.
DECORATION is NOT INCLUDED.
Please note that due to different monitor settings the colors may vary slightly from the original bear.
Not suitable for children under the age of 14.

Hello and welcome to "Original Rica-Baer". All Rica bears are designed and handcrafted by my husband Claude and me. We are using high quality materials, such as German mohair and Austrian glass eyes. The bears are mainly one-offs and small limited editions. We started making bears in the year 1992 as a hobby beside our profession as an export manager and a school teacher in a secondary school. During the years we attended many shows in Germany, England, Japan and Switzerland. We like to get into contact with our customers all over the world and to meet them on teddy bear fairs. You can adopt our bears through the internet (www.rica-baer.de).Feel free to contact us (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Please note, that the bears are intended for collectors and thus not suitable for children under the age of 14.
