Bear-matryoshka created based on Russian traditional painting. All Bears used the story of the Firebird.
In Slavic folklore, the Firebird is a magical glowing bird from a faraway land, which is both a blessing and a bringer of doom to its captor.
The Firebird is described as a large bird with majestic plumage that glows brightly emitting red, orange, and yellow light, like a bonfire that is just past the turbulent flame. The feathers do not cease glowing if removed, and one feather can light a large room if not concealed. In later iconography, the form of the Firebird is usually that of a smallish fire-colored peacock

The first bear - Mezenskaya painting. The growth of the bear - 23cm. He is sewn from miniature fabrics and antique plush. Drawing on the stomach is sewn from 67 pieces of antique plush

The second bear - Severodvinskaya painting. The growth of the bear - 12 cm. He is sewn from from miniature fabrics and antique plush. Drawing on the stomach is sewn from 36 pieces of antique plush.

The third bear - Uftyuzhskaya painting. The growth of the bear - 6 cm. He is sewn from miniature fabrics. Drawing on the stomach is sewn from 8 pieces of antique plush.

The fourth and smallest teddy bear – Puchuzhskaya painting. The growth of the bear - 1.6 cm. He is sewn fur for miniatures.

All four bear paws and head are mobile - pin-jointed.
All bears:
*are filled with sawdust and wooden base
*glass eyes
*toned by oil paints and art pastel.
*the muzzle is made only by means of scissors - a fur hairstyle, there are no seams!
