Bear-matryoshka created based on Russian traditional painting. All Bears used the story of the Firebird.
In Slavic folklore, the Firebird is a magical glowing bird from a faraway land, which is both a blessing and a bringer of doom to its captor.
The Firebird is described as a large bird with majestic plumage that glows brightly emitting red, orange, and yellow light, like a bonfire that is just past the turbulent flame. The feathers do not cease glowing if removed, and one feather can light a large room if not concealed. In later iconography, the form of the Firebird is usually that of a smallish fire-colored peacock

The first and largest bear - Khokhloma. The growth of the bear - 70 cm. He is sewn from artificial fur and antique plush. Drawing on the stomach is sewn from 862 pieces of antique plush and decorated with beads.

The second bear - Gzhel. The growth of the bear - 34 cm. He is sewn from alpaca and antique plush. Drawing on the stomach is sewn from 253 pieces of antique plush and decorated with beads.

The third bear - Gorodets painting. The growth of the bear - 17 cm. He is sewn from artificial fur and antique. Drawing on the stomach is sewn from 63 pieces of antique plush and decorated with beads.

The fourth and smallest teddy bear – Onezhskaya painting. The growth of the bear - 6 cm. He is sewn fur for miniatures and antique plush. Drawing on the stomach is sewn from 12 pieces of antique plush and decorated with beads.

All four bear paws and head are mobile - pin-jointed.
All bears:
*are filled with sawdust and wooden base
*glass eyes
*toned by oil paints and art pastel.
*the muzzle is made only by means of scissors - a fur hairstyle, there are no seams!
